Offsite/Offshore model

Onsite/Offshore model

In the Offsite/Offshore model, our offsite team covers analysis, planning, technical architecture, detailed design, delivery coordination between the client and the offshore project execution center. In the project execution center, the development team is responsible for construction, development and testing of the application.

In the Onsite/Offshore model, because of the complexity or special requirements of the client, an onsite presence is provided. The offshore development center collaborates with the customer by the mediation of an onsite manager.
